Detailing

A Rebar Detailer utilizes computer-aided software to convert structural construction drawings into technical working drawings. These working drawings and subsequent bar lists are then used for the manufacturing and installation of rebar for the construction of concrete elements. Graduates of engineering design programs or people with an engineering background do very well in this roll and with time can be considered for rolls in the Projects or Estimating departments. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete tasks on time.
